Update..... The parcel in question was located this week and delivered back to shoezone, the refund will take 4-5 days, I'm very happy to say the least. Update...
I had been in contact with shoezone
but hadn't heard anything from them in a week!
Today an email arrived informing me the parcel actually arrived at Shoezone today.
The refund will be processed in 4-5 days.
I'm extremely happy to say the least, I really thought it was lost into a void forever!
