Lease company charging admin fee

Hi all,
Firstly, many thanks for the great advice on this board. I received a PCN due to overstaying in a car park in November (I have been visiting this retail car park for over 20 years and they have recently put up signs restricting the time you can be there but I didn't notice them).
I've successfully got the PCN cancelled (I spent quite a while reading all the guides on here, many thanks).
However, it is a lease car and the lease company has charged me a £14 admin fee. Has anyone had any joy in getting this admin fee returned? The lease document states that they will charge me an admin fee for any fines received but this is not a fine but a PCN.
Many thanks.

TBH £14 is pretty trivial and a reasonable fee i think, see if they will refund it as you won the appealAdvocate in the County Court dealing with a variety of cases, attending the courts in the North East and North Yorkshire3

Are they a member of the BVRLA, you could try complaining the them but what does it say in your terms and conditions about repayment of fees if an appeal is successful or if the original PCN is cancelled?3

The exact wording of the terms and conditions for the lease vehicle are important here, and for future referenceFrom the Plain Language Commission:

Thanks everyone. I've gone through the terms and conditions and it says that they will charge me £14 if there are any "vehicle charges".However, I've re-read the letter they sent when they informed me of the PCN and it states that if my appeal was successful then they will refund their admin charge. I've therefore written to them to let them know that I was successful with my appeal and to request the admin charge get refunded.I know that £14 is pretty trivial, but the thing is that it was an incorrect charge therefore I don't think I should pay it. It's the principal of the thing more than anything. Thanks for the replies.3

How do they define "vehicle charges" ? does that mean anyone could issue a charge against the vehicle to the lease company and they will pay it, plus charge you £14 for the privilege each time?
From what you have posted so far it looks like that could very well be the case
