Web Browser suggestion for older iPad

I have an older iPad which can't be upgraded beyond IOS 10.x. Despite this it is still useful in many ways and has a excellent battery life.
However, an increasing problem is that Safari, Edge and Google Chrome will no longer access some web pages, for example this forum! Can anybody suggest an alternative that will? Firefox for example requires iOS 13 to download.
I have an only slightly newer iPhone on the same Apple account but that is stuck at IOS 12.x. Occasionally I have been able to use the dodge of downloading an app that needs IOS 11 or 12 on the phone so that earlier versions become available to my Apple account. So, if anybody even know one that is still available for IOS 12 I might be able to use the same technique!
Obviously the non MSE approach would be to upgrade my phone and iPad!
Thanks.

I'm guessing you've got a 4th generation iPad, first released in 2012 then? That is classed as vintage by Apple because it was last sold over five years ago.
Unfortuantly your best option probably is to get a new iPad.0
