No final bill from Bulb

Hello

My account with bulb was closed on 25 November and six weeks later I still have no final bill (should have arrived by Friday).

I contacted them once and was told stock response of it will arrive by 6 weeks. Further replies to that email by me got no replies.

I contacted them a second time and this time was told due to undisclosed problems they cannot issue a final bill. They promised to look into it and invited me to wait for an update. They failed to agree to pay the ofgem compensation which is due for no final bill within six weeks, saying only that they will look into it.

I wondered if others had experienced the same issue with bulb? I have more than 500 pounds credit on the account and so I do need a final bill I order to get this refunded. Is it better to edit further at this point and see if they resolve things or is it better to initiate a formal complaint already?
