My question is does anyone else think that SEG tariffs are a scam. I get charged 34p per KwH of power I use , thanks government for keeping it so low!!. My solar panels when it's sunny , generate more power than I can use/store (I have a battery)  and they pay me 4p hmmm. I don't really agree with windfall taxes on oil companies, but they the Government  are paying subsidies to Solar/Wind/Nukes etc aren't too keen to put windfall taxes on wind(sorry) or other "green" generators.
I realise this sounds "political" but 34p in vs 4p out seems like the scam of a  lifetime , I can't even get tax relief on my capital expenditure.
Now Katie or even ML is it a scam?
