Can I lease a car for my granddaughter to use?

    Leasing deals are normally 2/3/4 years, and there's no way to terminate early without paying out the minimum term. It's not like HP, where you can VT.
    What sort of timescale are you looking for?
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)

    The best option if they want to pay for the car lease. 
    Is let her take out the lease, they then send the money to her each month.

    That way the risk is all hers. No come back on OP.

    If you lease a vehicle in your own name you could also list your granddaughter as a driver just as with the insurance you can list additional drivers BUT must disclose who the main driver will be.
    Cheaper to repair the old one or shop around for another
