• This giveaway is open to Scottish residents aged 18 years or over.
• The prize is an Annual ScotRail Season Ticket.
• There is one prize available to win.
• Only one entry per email address is allowed.
• The closing date for entries is 10:00 on Thursday, 9 February 2023.
• The winner will be selected by a random prize draw and will be notified by ScotRail via email shortly after to arrange redemption of prize.
• The winner will be asked to confirm receipt of their win by replying to ScotRail directly via email, no more than 28 days after receipt of their winner’s notification. If by such time the winner has not responded, then they forfeit their right to claim the Prize and ScotRail is free to nominate another winner.
• On confirmation of receipt, winners will be asked by ScotRail to provide a Scottish work or home address.
• The Annual ScotRail Season Ticket must be redeemed on a ScotRail Smartcard. If the winner does not already have a ScotRail Smartcard, one will be issued to them.
• Rail travel is valid between any two Scottish station (excluding Lockerbie and Reston) on ScotRail services only.
• Standard Class rail travel only.
• The Annual Season Ticket will be valid for one year from the date of issue.
