Utility Point debt collection thebscco.com
I am again receiving demands for money that I am sure that I do not owe. I left Utility Point some time before it crashed and paid a lump sum on top of the regular monthly payments as full and final settlement. Early in 2022 I started to receive curt demands for payment - given no details, from Brown debt collectors. They never answered the phone or emails and the "debt" escalated. I once managed to speak to someone who gave me an email address that was undeliverable. Today, another missive demanding money within 72 hours (but at least back to the original figure!). I cannot understand how I am being chased for money that I am sure that I do not owe having paid all that UP asked me for and at least a year before they went into administration.

Check your bank statements to see if you have paid it.
