Safe Hands Plan - Recovered the full cost under Section75

Following the collapse of Safe Hands, I wrote to my credit card company (Sainsbury's) and have recovered the total cost of my parents' plans - £3190.
Citizens Advice told me I wouldn't get anywhere as there were four parties in the chain, and Section 75 covers three parties.
1. Purchased the plans through Neo Cremations
2. I paid for them on my credit card
3. My parents are the named plan holders
4. Policies held with Safe Hands
I decided to try as I hold Power of Attorney and purchased the Plans on my parents' behalf, which (in my mind) makes my parents and I one party...
I initially wrote to them using a Martin Lewis template from this site, Sainsbury's wrote back requesting all the correspondence from the Administration and a Proof of Debt form (I also sent them proof of Power of Attorney).
I received notification just before Xmas that my Credit Card company would issue a full refund (which I have now received).
If you purchased with a credit card for yourself/yourselves, there would be three parties involved. It's worth trying. Good Luck.
