Halifax App View Card Details - How do you know which card relates to which account?

I'm sure this is a very silly question and I've overlooked something obvious. 
When I use the option to view my card details in the Halifax app, it shows all my cards across the screen, but not any details of the underlying account for each debit card. I've renamed the accounts so they have my personalised names in the list of accounts, but when I go into View Card Details, they all just show as "Reward Current Account" and I can't tell which is which. 
Is there a way to tell?

Look at your cards, match the numbers and you'll know which is which.

Brilliant, thank you! I can cross-reference between the View PIN screen and the View Card Details screen. 
Knew there'd be a simple answer!

Thank you so much. Switching one to TSB so need to use the right card number and the physical ones are lost in a drawer somewhere.

None of my recently used 5 Halifax debit cards show in my Halifax app. Only my Halifax credit card and an unused BoS debit card are listed. I cannot see any cards in Halifax online banking.
