I have received a Parking Charge letter from UKPC that says my car was in Lewisham but at the date and time the car was parked in my residential car park in Surrey. What do you advise I should do? Thanks.

Firstly, go online and look at UKPC's evidence photos of the car numberplate. They've misread it, haven't they (a car with a plate similar to yours but blurred in the dark and one digit is wrong, yes?).

Yet another ANPR failure I would guess, they use a system banned for use buy councils as it is not fit for purpose.
