Requesting CCA agreements

Cabot holds two of my lloyds credit card accounts and these are 7 year old debts for which I doubt a CCA can be found therefore making the debt unenforceable but I just want to be sure. Can I send to them just one cca request letter for both accounts and a postal order of £2 or should it be two separate letters with two postal orders of £1 each? Thanks a lot in advance!
