I've been in a few times and there is more stuff arriving all the time. You can take your own jars or containers and get them filled (especially good for black treacle, golden syrup, oil, washing up liquid etc) or buy prepacked stuff or use paper bags provided.
The people are lovely, and open to ideas for items which they don't stock already.

ps blue writing on green cannot easily be seen. They need clear distinctive colours on their website

I can't keep up with all the stuff that they're getting in now - everytime I pop in they are reorganising the shop layout to accomodate new items. I think that they want to become a wholefood/fairtrade/eco-product mini-market while only putting a minimum mark up on items that they sell. (Basically, they work out the mark up on a bulk purchase and then divide it down so that you don't pay more for buying a small amount).

The Rowan Tree on Cathays terrace is pretty good too. Regularly go there...
