Wrong mobile no on my travel insurance...HELP

Hi I have just bought a single trip travel insurance and I have transposed 2 digits of my mobile number on the application.
The insurance hub will not allow me to correct the number and I fly out tomorrow morning.
I have emailed the insurance company ...is this likely to invalidate my insurance?
TIA

Unlikely. It may cause problems if you need to contact them for anything, but again, unlikely. Assuming all your other details are correct.

Don't worry, this shouldn't invalidate your insurance as it's a simple mistake. As long as all the main details like names/addresses/medical conditions are correct there shouldn't be a problem. As zagfles has mentioned above, it might make. it is a little harder to make a claim or contact them although as long as you've notified them, everything should be okay. Enjoy your travels!1

It won't make any difference at all. You aren't bound to a particular number. Many, for instance, might use a local number when abroad. You simply inform them of the new number in the advent of a claim, if you want them to have the number.1

it should not affect your claim if you were to make one as usually they will email you the claim documents etc. I wouldnt worry too much. if it is worrying you a lot then maybe get a really cheap travel insurance off compare the market as back up with right number. Enjoy!1
