POPLA Appeal Successful Peel Centre Bracknell

Just got a successful appeal on the basis that the signage didn't meet requirements for the prominence of the penalty.
They noted I had made several other points about needing a voucher in the cinema, no grace period and the length of walk but said they didn't need to review them because the first point was valid.
I used the standard template letter from here. Many thanks for your help.
