Tesco Direct Washing Machine non-delivery

Ordered a washing machine on Saturday early morning and selected delivery for tuesday 18th. Got a phone call on Monday saying it would come today between 7am and 7pm and a phone call would be made one hour in advance. No phone call, no washing machine :mad:

Is there anything that can be done about it?

I guess it would make sense just to call the customer service number at Tesco and ask them where it is?

Monday to Friday - 8am to 11pm

Ah so they are open reasonable hours. My main gripe is I was banking on it coming today, particularly as they called to confirm, and it's wasted an entire day of my time.

Did you have to pay for delivery? If so I would definitely ask that that be refunded.

Suppose I should have looked on their order tracking thing, but dunno why they'd deliver at 10.06pm, suppose it's some sort of automated thing putting the time back.

I wouldn't rely on the order tracking page. My washing machine is still "at warehouse - dispatching soon".

In reality, it was delivered and I've been using it for the last 3 months or so!

Phone them up and tell them you've been waiting 3 months and ask where it is :rotfl: if you get one then sell it on.
