Bathroom extractor/heat exchanger

Options
Hi All,
We have a shower in our bathroom but no extractor fan. As a result the upstairs rooms are becoming a little damp.

I know one option is to fit an extractor fan, but it seems a little silly to vent all that warm air outside. Does anyone know of a suitable heat exchanger for a bathroom, bonus if you have typical prices, double bonus if you can suggest someone to install (I'm ok with simple diy, but I leave the complicated jobs to the professionals), we live in Preston.

Thanks in advance, Steve.

Simplest would be to get a dehumidifier. £80 from Argos.

If you or a friend are planning a trip to France, heat exchange extractors are common there in DIY stores. Easy DIY from loft, vent in fascia.
