That's still good for POPLA stage.

But are they at POPLA stage? They didn't go and appeal to ParkingEye as 'driver' did they?

The registered keeper appealed - He is awaiting the POPLA code.

Thanks for replying to us and letting us know that the above is ok to send to POPLA

  • Hi,

As registered keeper I received a PCN from Parkingeye at Town Quay.

Am I right in saying that I can use the one size fits all response from the Newbies post? With no attachments? Scared to hit send without providing any evidence. POFA 2012 is referenced on the PCN.

Then follow up with an appeal to POPLA after it is rejected? I am then planning to use this appeal which won when arguing about BPA Grace Periods:

and perhaps combine it with the points included in this thread.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

  • Is it normal for POPLA to provide evidence back? Do I need to provide any comments?

@Lollipop_101, Please start your own thread. Continuing on this thread will only lead to confusion.

Yes it's normal - which is why the NEWBIES thread has a section on POPLA comments.

No need for a thread about POPLA Comments as this is fully covered already on this forum in the Announcement thread.
