Business electricity lock now or wait 2-3 weeks

We are all feeling the pinch at home but trust me that has nothing on business energy rates (9 bed house, gas up £20k, electric potentially up £5k this year).
My 'cheap' 2 year fixed electric deal is up on January 31st.
I had an 'offer' at the end of November but thankfully waited until now. Rates direct with the same supplier (cheaper than broker) are now 10p per kWh less than that offer.
But.....
Should I wait until as close as possible to 31st January before signing up?
The trend is downwards and wholesale prices change daily but how often are fixed deals revised?

What have you been offered exactly it's all a bit vague.
Looking at domestic rate forecasts I would only fix for a year if that is possible.0 -
Do let us know the rates they are offering, I know electricity for business in December hovered around ~60p
