Sainsburys credit card

I recently applied for a sainsburys credit card. Was all confirmed on application as successful. Does anyone know how long it may take to get anything through please? I’ve had no emails so assuming it’ll be a card through the post. I tried contacting them but they have no details of me on their system yet. I got a balance transfer card and released after submitting I’ve put the wrong details in. I dont want the transfer to go through but am now in limbo as I can’t do anything without any documentation or card details! Thank you l!

usually 7-10 working days for the card to arrive
would expect texts / emails to update you failing that if it was me I would make a call and ask some questions0 -
I applied on 29/12, got my card on 6/01, the pin arrived a few days before. No emails or texts along the way, aside from one email telling me to activate the card.0
