Amazon / NewDay Mastercard closure - points to gift vouchers - anyone's been updated?

Options
According to Amazon's site, any outstanding points balances were due to be converted and appear as Amazon gift certificates by the end of December 2022.

I closed my account soon after the letters went out about the relationship ending, don't know if that's done me over but seeing as the card was due to close anyway, seemed pointless prolonging it. I had less than £10 but it was suggested this shouldn't matter - https://becleverwithyourcash.com/amazon-credit-cards-to-switch-to-pulse-by-november/#Should_you_close_your_AmazonPulse_card

Has anyone received their points?

Amazon site:

"What will happen to my reward points?
You will continue to earn Amazon Reward Points until 11th November (unless you choose to close your account before this date). Your account will be credited to the penny, for example, 1024 pts = £10.24 gift card credit. Your points balance will be automatically converted into a gift card and loaded to your Amazon account by the end of December 2022."

I received my vouchers and so did my wife in mid December.     We didn't opt in for the new pulse card for my wife and just let it automatically close like they said it would.

Just rang them up and they can't find any trace of the account (I've still got the old card to hand). Seems the early closure meant forfeiture, never mind.

Got my £1.56 of it, I think it may be the early closure that has knackered you there.
