It would be helpful if Moneysavingexpert could produce some templates for members to complain and seek redress for the service outages in 2007.
I think that we will need some tools to make sure that they have correctly calculated credit interest.

A template wouldn't work. If you're making a complaint, you need to detail the circumstances that affected you and how you were out of pocket as a result. Any standard template being received would simply be taken for what it was, chancers with no real complaint trying it on for some compo.0
