in Credit cards
I know acceptance for any financial product is subjective to many different factors, but have any of you on here been accepted for a Clarity Card with less than ideal credit history?
At present, I don't hold a single CC but like the idea of the clarity card for travel purpose.

Many will have, but it depends on what you mean by less than ideal.0

How long is a piece of string? It's a bit pointless (not meaning to be nasty) asking what other people have experienced, as each application will be decided based upon your personal circumstances.Bear in mind that a "thin" credit history can be almost as bad as a "bad" credit history for some of the prime cards. I guess there's no harm in making an application - but if you're rejected, then go for a sub-prime card, use that to build up a bit of positive credit history, then re-apply in about a year's time or so.0
