Central heating off feet always cold

I seem to manage to keep the rest of me okay, sat in my room it's 13c. Pretty warm by my standards. However, my feet are always ending up cold and wet. Doesn't matter how many socks I seem to wear one over the top. I'm not diabetic or do I have any sort of circulation problems. Any tips?

Cold air congregates at floor level, and if you are sitting still, your circulation is not working much.

Get up and get moving. I put my decent shoes on and go for a walk even when it's dark and cold. If necessary a trek round the local supermarket to warm up. By the time I'm home, my feet are warm again. Take 15-20 minutes.
