Do i input the default judgment date?.. and leave the date on point 3 blank?
That's correct. The year on point 3 should of course be 2023.

    Twice you mention 'paragraph 1.2'.
Surely that should just be 'paragraph 2' in both cases?

You do NOT want your costs reserved.  You need to copy the (final version) Draft Orders from one of the threads I linked you to.

They didn't ask for costs to be reserved.

The Claimant's name doesn't include this (delete it):

    "Solicitor: DCB Legal"
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks Keith - amended to 23! I've used other templates i have found within the forums and was under the impression Paragraph 1.2 would relate to 1.2 within the N244 "1.2. I understand that the claimant obtained a Default judgment against me in relation to an assumed claim of a breach of the terms on CS signs and parked for over 2 hour limit. "

Thanks again for your help. I am going to pay the £275 and submit via email. Will the CCBC accept pdf docs in a zip file or should I just attach and hope it’s not too large…

(will also include any updates on this link)

No zip files, just use a PDF compressor.  You are only attaching:

    - N244 (PDF)
    - WS (PDF)
    - proof of moving house (PDF)
    - Draft Order (Word Doc).

OK so you could use a free Merge PDF online tool to make the evidence one PDF.  Done it myself loads of times.
