How do you copy Windows Contacts from desktop to laptop???

Can anyone out there tell me (in words of one syllable if pos) how to copy my windows contacts in email from my desktop to my laptop (both Vista). I don't understand the import/export stuff - Ive tried looking at the help section but I must be thick or something because its not very clear!

Easy. Click on Windows Contacts. In the next window that opens, you'll see "Import" and Export" on the menu bar. Select Export on the desktop, select CSV and it'll ask you where you want to save the file. Copy that file over to the laptop, select Import (from the same place as you exported on the desktop) and select the file you've just copied over.
