UPVC Windows have gap between frame and Sill

I'm not a window fitter but have fitted them, I'm an ex builder.
The cill has fallen away from the frame due to inadequate parking underneath the cill.
The rear of the cill should have a small lip that the window butts up against to stop water coming in.
Don't do bodge jobs with sticky tape or sealant on the inside or sealant on the outside between window and cill.
Do it properly from the outside by forcing the cill up to the frame then filling under with packing pieces then sealant.
If your fitter was Fenca registered you should get him back and then get a certificate as you will need that if you ever come to sell.0 -
