no! He's just very kind. His wife is vegan so there's sometimes too many leftovers. I pass onto to them a lot of my unwanted items which end up in one of their holiday cottages.
Snoozer - I have those blinds as my front rooms (living room, bathroom and bedroom) all face south, though not Velux windows. I had the solar panel put on the bathroom one originally with the two others using electricity, but just before Christmas I asked the chappie to retro-fit the wee panels to the living and bedroom room. It makes sense to use the free sun. You'll love them. I have them on my smartphone app and also on my Alexa. The benefits of technology!Mehefin - I hope that your result is encouraging though losing so much weight must be worrying for you. My fingers are firmly crossed for you. The horses will soothe your spirit.Bella - good luck with your endeavours.TA - you'll be gone by now but I hope that you enjoyed your day out.I did a little more emptying of the big bottom drawer and also stuff out of the top drawer of the bedside table. I had a lovely moment updating my PB spreadsheethave written a birthday card and transferred some old uni essays from a CD to my portable hard drive. I took a dive into my academic life yesterday, those were the days!

Morning all. London was surprisingly not frantic yesterday and the drive there and back was a bit horrendous with incessant rain on the motorway but most people were driving sensibly. The visuals on the film were excellent, shame about the storyline but we met up wih a freind of OHs there and had a nice time. Booking the parking in advance was a good move, it was so easy and not at all far from the cinema so not much walking. I still fell asleep when got home though, for about 4 hours on and off, so I must have been a bit exhausted. But we will do that again. Today is the start of my slew of intended works which starts with tidying up and hoovering and decluttering. We've offered up the fire surround to the fire and have got a plan of action to alter and fit and decorate it, so that's my first real project. I will take the tree down tomorrow but this year I'll save the branches for firelighters, they do go up like a rocket.Mehefin, worrying indeed, fingers crossed for you. TA, OH and I were discussing going out for food last night and we would have if I hadn't been too tired to drive again, you enjy today, it's such a treat not to cook. Gers, what a nice neighbour, also a nice treat to not cook one thing at least..Nanny, Coxy, TA, hope the coughs go quick, it's no fun losing sleep and feeling like a zombie the next day. Izzy, back to super normal for you then?
Lot of MIA recently, but then, the lurgy is supervirulent and comes in many forms this year. Hope you're all OK, ackie, hope you're on your way to being out at least...Take care all, new year, new attitudes!

Afternoon everyone
On nights tonight, trying to get the house in some sort of order. Need to nip to the shops as the fridge is bare and don’t want to spend money on takeaway tonight.Managed an extra hour sleep this morning as doggie likes to go back to bed first thing and prefers to be walked later, walk has now been done.
DM is still not feeling great, she’s still going back to bed everyday. I’m hoping the antibiotics will start to work.
Hope everyone with the flu virus is starting to feel better. Ruby hope you’re recovering too after your op. Mehfin hope your X-ray is ok and is nothing serious. Hugs to anyone else that needs/wants one. Take care and enjoy the rest of your day.7
