UKPC have taken me to county court through DCP legal, I need HELP!

Unfortunately you will have to go through the process that UKPC and DCBL have dragged you into in order to try and scare and extort money from you. If you check out one of @Umkomaas threads you will see they discontinue many claims once the defendant provides a defence and robust witness statement.1
