PIP claim options

Hi,is there an option to have the usual paper form or an online application form,if so ,is the online form identical to the paper form ? thanks.

When you claim my understanding is that when you claim you should be offered to complete PIP2 either online or paper process. I haven't used the online process so I can't tell you how this appears. Note that if you want to keep a record of the completed PIP2 you must make a copy before you submit it. Once submitted you can no longer access it (which is daft).

I was only able to get the paper form by getting it sent to me. My husband had to ring them on my behalf as I am hard of hearing. This was last year though. The link is then sent as an email. I'm not sure how correct this is but i've heard if someone rings on your hehalf, you won't be asked if you want to apply online.I've not actually seen the online form myself but have heard it's far from perfect.Review forms are not available online.1
