We get it with our local free newspaper. I have seen them in store but I just visited my local sommerfield to get a magazine and they did not have the flyers in-store there.

Success again with these Somerfield coupons at Asda. A full set of these and a £3 Joey coupon -£ 13.20 off my shopping today - fantastic.

Added to this the above mentioned Carte D'Or offer - a great day for bargain shopping.

Roll on the day when Asda actually start paying me for shopping there !!!

As far as I could see the Carte D'or wasnt on 2 for £3 in asda. No success there

Asda did take my Somerfield coupons - only if I bought the product though - this didnt matter as I did want the Jura Single Malt. This was already £5 off in asda, so £10 for 70cl of Single Malt is a great bargain! They wouldnt take the Joey coupon at the same time (I only bought the one item so fair enough!)

The cashier looked at me as if I was stupid ('these are SOMERFIELD, not Asda', 'No, your CS desk said you take them','who?'......what a nightmare! Had to go to the CS desk and pay in the end!)

Yeah lipidicman, it is a bit odd that - previously when I Ad-Matched the Morrisons BOGOF offer on the Carte D'Or there were signs up in Asda for the 2 for £3 but not on Saturday when I was in. Maybe because the offer was coming to an end.

As I was going to use coupons I figured that the BOGOF would still be a good deal and got a very pleasant surprise when they were still 2 for £3 (or in my case 2 for 46p).

The problem Asda has with the Ad-Match - (Any Store, Any Offer - We'll Match It) policy is that any coupon from any store could be considered to be an advert and as such they would have to match the offer. Whether they accept the coupon without buying the products may be another matter but I have been very lucky in that my local store has not had a problem with this.

If you ask at CS about coupons I find it always best to get the persons name - this can then be dropped into the conversation if things don't run smoothly at the checkout.

Yeah I have the name now. She knew they were ok as she works in the 'office' and so processes the coupons.

I never thought that the coupons could be argued to be adverts - good point
