I must try to get hold of some of these as the £5 (and £1) vouchers are fantastic. My local ASDA seems happy to take them off a big shop !!

Along with my Joey coupons and the Zing ones my supply of coupons will be well and truely boosted again.
Your really can not beat a good bargain !!!

So the Jura £5 voucher? Do Asda stock Jura? Will they take it against other purchases - if not, how much are somerfield charging for it?

I have used all the Somerfield coupons in ASDA over the weekend and did not buy any of the products.

On Saturday they accepted all £10 of vouchers - in fact the checkout operator asked where she could get some. On Sunday a different operator got someone to check if they stocked the products and there was one (can't remember which - Carling or Tetley prob. a local thing) they did not stock so I just took it back and used the £5 and 4 x £1.

Over the last few weeks I have used quite a few of the Joey (£3 off from the Shredded Wheat Fruitful and Clusters etc.) ones in ASDA, TESCO and Sainsbury.

I really love coupons - I am starting to get a reputation for boring people about the use of coupons - it is amasing how many people would not consider using coupons - I just can not understand this !!!

EDIT:- When I have a glut of coupons I tend not to use the smaller ones like the 20p off etc. which is why there were only £10 mentioned above !!!

These £5 and £3 coupons really make it worth it. So I might give it a try in my difficult Asda. I have found Waitrose very good - they are no quibble if they stock the product and the staff tend to be better trained than other chains (they dont get confused and then rude). However I dont think waitrose will take the somerfield ones (only manufacturers coupons) and I dont think they stock 'Joey'

I tried using Joey and other vouchers(not other store vouchers) in Tesco and the cashier wouldn't take any. Said only if you buy the products. She called the supervisor who agreed with her. I had nearly £200 of shopping and no vouchers taken. I have previously used vouchers without buying the products.
Asda would not take vouchers either unless you bought the goods. The supervisor agreed with the cashier.
Sainsburys said they would take 4 if they stock the goods. Waitrose would take them if they stocked the goods.
It depends on the cashier and the store branch whether they take these vouchers.
Good luck and hope you live in an area where they take them.

I will try them in Waitrose as it is relatively hassle free - you just say "try these for me?".
