My husband unknowingly parked on a private road for 11 minutes and received the usual letters and demands for payment. Currently the total is £320.
We followed the guidelines here and filed all paperwork he has received a court date for Friday the 13th. In the paperwork sent were photos of his car and private parking signs one of which was right by the passenger side of his car.
I’m not sure how’ll win now, any ideas?
