Resourcefulness sounds much more friendly than frugal and, I think, implies living a good life without waste. Very much as I think of the Foxgloves home.11

Emma bridgewater is one of my favourite designers, love the diary. Like you I have enjoyed setting up my diary. Tomorrow is planned for writing my thank you notes/emails, and more planning.10

I am definitely pinching your idea re cutting out unused pages of an old diary to use for notes, shopping lists etc. I will also check my new diary (not as pretty as yours, sadly, but useful enough) to see if it has a planner that I could use for meal plans, as I constantly fail at this!

Happy "new diary" @foxgloves 🎉
Reminder from my nana about eggs. If you break eggs one at a time into a glass or cup before adding them to your baking you won't ruin a lot of good ingredients if an egg is bad. Nana died 41 years ago and didn't know much about "use by" dates but as a prolific baker she knew a lot about eggs.17 -
