    13/10 please for today, Monday. I won’t be AF tomorrow as entertaining friends so I’m looking forward to that. Just need to get back on it for Wednesday. Wish I knew why sometimes this is easy and other times the slightest issue, whether good or bad can send me looking to open a bottle of wine. 

    Thanks @maman, I think following your suggestion and reducing the target has helped by making it achievable.
