Maman mentioned this thread is like “a star chart for grown ups” on an earlier post… well the NHS seems to have stolen our MSE ideas and has a free app called “ Drink Free Days” which is an actual star chart for grown ups! It’s strangely fulfilling watching the stars tot up every month… 😅
