5/15 talked myself out of it tonight. A hangover and work do not mix.3

Yes please to joining in - I've uninstalled Facebook and Instagram so I'm not getting the (albeit limited) support I was getting there.
I went completely alcohol free a couple of years ago and lasted for about 10 months, then Christmas came and habits crept in. I never feel rested after having a drink. It's calories I don't need and expense I could do without.
Since the 20th of March I've had 11 dry days (according to the Try Dry app). Aiming for teetotal. I'll go back and read the rules now 😅3 -
5/10 for Monday please Cathybird.3

10/24 for me please - it's a hard one today, lots of things going on and I would normally just have a drink and try to relax about it all but there's no point in heading down that rabbit hole again! 🤦♀️'Happiness is not a destination but the journey you walk every day'

5/16 please @cathybird.I would like to confess to a load of strangers on the internet that I am in bed with a glass of milk at 8:30pm and feels like perhaps the naughtiest thing I have ever done.3

Right, think I've got it. My April target is 27, as of tonight I'm at 7/27.4
