Hi everyone, 7 for me today - not a great total for the month but never mind, it is better than the 0 days I sometimes had in the past!

26/21 please for yesterday and today Wednesday. I have a meal out planned tomorrow so will have a drink or two so 26 will be my total for February. I’m really pleased with that, despite temptations at times! 

Many thanks again @cathybird for all your hard work and constant updating. It really helps me to the totals rising and of course the emojis too. See you all sometime in March (I may read whilst away but won’t update).
