Morning all, walking the dog,or being dragged along, today, yes 14/22.With diligence I hope to reach my goal for the month.I'm minimally improving healthwise, cold symptoms finally muting but ear infection is still dogging me,so vertigo is still a problem unless I am vigilant about sudden movements.I have been a bit down due to circumstances of course, but it dawned that its only 2 weeks to my next B12 jab,of course I am miserable! Now counting down the days to my jab so to have at least a modicum of strength for a while.4

Glad you're feeling a bit brighter dustydigger, hopefully there will be some real signs of spring by the time you have your B12 so a double whammy of mood improvers.

Morning all another dampened dreary Sunday what joy. 18 for the month and going well. another heavy defeat at the football club yesterday. It only takes 11 hours to get there and back - including the game, obviously. I really must have boiled prunes for brains!!Now a gainfully employed bassist again - WooHoo!3

15/15 please for yesterday Saturday. I’m so pleased to be getting to target again and proving to myself I can do without wine although I especially miss a drink on Fridays, that wonderful feeling of the weekend is here. I’m hoping to stay AF until 28th February but then am away on holiday. I’m happy to have a drink whilst away, but need to restart on my return so please feel free to remind me if that doesn’t happen.
