Despite having a large and a small glass of wine at dinner out yesterday I feel good this morning. Usually it would have been at least 2 large ones!

Hello everyone. I have been away for a while because my husband received some difficult health news and to be honest I haven't thought about updating here. He has been diagnosed with oesophageal cancer and it's been a shock as you can imagine. The good news is that it has been caught early so we are hoping for the best. Treatment will start in early February.
In the past, news like this would have sent me deep into the bottle but I know it wouldn't help and would mean I'm less able to support him. So, 28/25 please cathybird. Thank you. X
