Good morning everyone,
Looks like I made it through another weekend as declaring early. I found it very difficult watching my DH and adult child quaffing away. I have to admit to finding this situation difficult. I have had a couple of early nights as a result. Upside I'm off to a spin class this early on a Sunday!!

Hi all, that was a gig and some fun! About 40 maybe 50 drunk people (varied from just slightly to totally 'bladdered'!). It has a reputation as a "rough pub" but must say everyone was well behaved (again), joining in on the choruses etc. Decent parking, plenty of plug sockets that actually worked! One lady wobbled her way to the bar and bought us all a Jaeger Bomb each - mid-song (Not sure what they are) ! I gave mine away, I wasn't even tempted - oh how things have changed there. We did have a recurring sound problem that I managed to resolve.

But now the important bit - 22/30 please and the Gold Star is beckoning me - with a pint of soda and lime!

Declaring early. Beers in the fridge, football on, easy to have a few beers this afternoon, but having a target of NADs really is helping me cut down on beer. Defo no beer today. 9/15 now.
