Thank you everyone for your good wishes about my eye op. It was just a cataract operation but because I have very little vision in my other eye I was unable to see much for a few days. Everything seems to be settling down. My distance vision is already much improved and I have a cheap pair of reading glasses from the chemist to tide me over until my post op checkup. X
