Morning everyone, I'm back from a much needed holiday but already feeling the pinch (literally) from my clothes! I have my gym sessions booked for the week and hopefully can get back to them fitting nicely and generally feeling better.
Well done to everyone for May and welcome @1stTimer, My anxiety was definitely exacerbated by alcohol. I stopped drinking completely at the beginning of the year for a couple of months and have not taken any medication for anxiety since then. I found it much easier to have none at all but equally didn't feel I could sustain it as I pretty much isolated myself, so now working on reducing and AF midweek.
June target 14 again please @cathybird, declaring 1/14 for today7 -

Annoyed slightly though because I opened a bottle of beer, drank a half then decided I was too tired so went to bed instead of finishing it. Am learning my triggers for drinking though which is good.Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became
In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!7 -
