Have had the same.. I think normally when not enough sleep it can definitely feel like a hangover even with no booze!

21/21 please Cathybird.  This is the first month I haven't been cursing myself for drinking on the first few days .  It's also the first month I haven't been calculating which days I can still have a drink on.  At the beginning of the year it was unthinkable but I'm going to try and get through the whole month without a drink.

12/18 for me today please. I'm feeling bloated after a week of way too many carbs and too few vegetables, so I'm going to a Pilates class this morning then will be stocking up on the veggies
