Hurray, success so 7/15 please - very excited to get a twirly flower. Off travelling again before the end of the month so not sure I can fit in 8 more days but will try. I won't be getting many AF days when away inJune though.

Good morning! 10/25 for yesterday please 😊 only just starting to feel better from the weekend’s excess. Glad it’s the exception rather than the rule for me now.

Early call for day 17 for me today please. 

Approaching 2 weeks without a drink since having a big blowout at a wedding. Feeling better in myself, sleep is almost back to normal having not been great, got more energy and even lost a couple of pounds in weight but that might be from starting the couch to 5k! 

Hope the sun is shining wherever you all are!

Hi all - 18/30 please. My dad's birthday today, he'd have been 107 but sadly made it to just under  half that. His dad was KIA at Hill 60 in 1916 (1917?) along with many, many others. They never met.

I didn't declare early yesterday and it wasn't AF, DH engineered an argument to watch football in the pub (when actually he just needed to say, I prefer to watch it in the pub tonight) I walked to dad's to have a rant but now he is semi retired, his weekend starts on a Wednesday 🤦‍♀️
