Cathybird, 3/10 for me. Thank you and have an amazing trip! I succumbed to a glass at dinner. Suggested/insisted on by a family member and I couldn't face a discussion. It felt like a waste to only have one glass on a drinking day, and red instead of my preferred white. All my fault as if I hadn't casually drunk every day the first half of the month I wouldn't be short of days now.5

Hello everyone..
Sorry I have been away for so long.
My Dad unfortunately, quite suddenly, passed away. It has obviously been an awful time, as a consequence I have got back into bad habits with drinking alcohol but I don't think it is helping with my mood so I am actively getting back into cutting down.
@cathybird my total for the year currently stands at 90 days, as I have still been tracking on the app I use.
Please could I rejoin for the month? I am on 15 days AF, my aim for the rest of the month would be to hit 20 days please.
Hope everyone has been doing well.Debt free November 20225 -
@sunshine_raincloud - so sorry to hear your news. Look after yourself x
14/21 and Daisy day! We’re having friends over for dinner tonight, and I mentioned that I wasn’t going to drink in our groupchat, just so they would be aware and also so I couldn’t change my mind! Looking forward to it 👍Books read 2023 - 49/754 -
Have a great time @cathybird
Well done on pulling back control @sunshine_raincloud at such a difficult time!
Planned Thursday with dad watching rugby and Friday with friends. I got a swim in yesterday and got up for my gym class this morning.
We have a friends birthday later but I've nominated myself to drive so I can finish this month with my daisy!
Edit to add 8/21 for today!!!5 -
Have a wonderful time cathybird. X
I am 22/25 today. Thank you. X5
