    Hi all, 16/30 for me please.  I'm feeling quite relaxed and content tonight for some reason, had a lovely quiet weekend just pottering and a bit of walking.  Did some pilates each day and managed to crack on with some gardening.

    Hi 12/20 please. Went out last night to see Jon Richardson, I wasn't sure about seeing him but he was so funny. Had a half time ice cream instead of a beer. I dread to think how much a beer was as the ice cream was £4.80 :open_mouth:
