Restrictions on Nationwide Flex instant saver 2

My present flex instant saver has expired after 12 months and unless I do something - it will automatically transfer to a standard saver account (1.3%)
The option to transfer to a flex instant saver 2 appears good but there is no mention of how much I can transfer (at 2.25%)
The old instant saver - you started with £1000 but could only add £200 per month
Is there any restriction on paying in on the new account ?
If I was half as smart as I think I am - I'd be twice as smart as I REALLY am.

From the factsheet "You can pay in any amount up to £5 million".
Hope that's not too restrictive.

Are you not confusing it with a regular saver? However, I don't remember any regular saver that you could start with £1000.MouldyOldDough said:The old instant saver - you started with £1000 but could only add £200 per monthIs there any restriction on paying in on the new account ?AFAIK, no restrictions for an instant saver

You can get a lot better than 2.25% for an instant access savings account, and even substantially more if you can tie some or all of your money up for a while. https://moneyfacts.co.uk/savings-accounts/
