Klarna payment still pending but item delivered

Sorry if this is in the wrong section.

I completed an order on Klarna and part of the order was cancelled and part of it arrived the other day.

However, the payment is still outstanding in the Klarna app with no way to pay or cancel it.

What shall I do in this situation?
Many thanks

Best bet contact them, but surely if item arrived, even though part of order cancelled. You still owe them money.? Which may take a while to update as will require retailer to advise them.
To which many finance teams may not be working over holidays.

Do you want the item that arrived? When you say "was cancelled" did you cancel it, or did they?
