1. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these rules.

1. In order to enter the prize draw, entrants must enter a valid email address and by doing so are agreeing to receive regular email communications from Silversurfers in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Should entrants no longer wish to receive emails, they may unsubscribe from these newsletters at any time.

1. Entrants must be 21 years old or over and the winner and any additional guest(s) must satisfy Bolsover Cruise Club and P&O Cruises’ additional requirements for passage.

1. The holiday prize is a 12-night cruise for two in a balcony cabin to Spain and Portugal on board P&O Cruises Ventura with Bolsover Cruise Club, and the cruise departure is 5th December 2023

1. The cruise holiday includes:

• Accommodation

• Onboard dining

• Tea, coffee and water, plus breakfast juices

• Entertainment

• Access to leisure facilities

1. The prize: a) covers the voyage fare only and excludes upgrades, voyage protection, transfers and any applicable fuel surcharges; b) is double occupancy only; c) is non-transferable; d) is solely for voyage redemption; and e) not be combined with any other discounts, special offers, nor promotions.

1. The prize is limited to the specified itinerary and stateroom category.

1. Should any prize winner wish to add a 3rd or 4th sailor to their cabin, applicable 3rd and 4th sailor voyage fares will apply as well as additional taxes & fees.

1. P&O Cruises reserves the right to substitute ports, change itineraries or substitute vessels on all itineraries as more specifically provided in the Bolsover Cruise Club Terms of Business, available here. By redeeming a competition prize, the recipient agrees to be bound by all such terms and conditions.

1. The prize does not include domestic UK transfers, travel insurance or incidental costs (such as meals, telephone calls, mini bar items, laundry etc) other than those stated. The winner is responsible for taxes and/or surcharges on the prize and shall ensure that the winner and his/her travel companion have valid passport/visas where necessary.

1. The prize is non-exchangable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

1. The prize excludes: (a) Any form of travel or medical insurance/visas. (b) Any accommodation extras (eg telephone, mini-bar or alcoholic drinks, shore excursions  (c) Any personal expenses  (d) UK transfers.
